Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. The room I had was very lovely and exceptionally clean, offering a comfortable stay. However, the room size was a bit small and could use some updating. The location was surprisingly great, being close to O'Higgins street and within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants. The service was top-notch, with receptionists being extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The dining options were nice, and I particularly enjoyed the bar service in the evening. One downside was the noise from the pedestrian street at night, which could be disturbing. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant overall experience.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel despite some minor inconveniences. The rooms were spacious and had an extremely comfortable king-size bed, sofa, fridge, and tea-making facilities, but the connection through a door to another room was kind of inconvenient.
